Iron and Ash is an architectural glass and metal shop in Vancouver, BC. I worked with the team to develop their logomark in 2018. I aimed to capture the complex, structural aspect of what they do while making it precise, crisp and clean like glass pieces. I used a wide broad-nib pen for sketching and getting cutting lines within the letterforms. We landed on shades of green for their brand colours to mimic the slight tints of green found in glass.
